Our advisory methods are fairly straight-forward. We perform a thorough assessment of current effectiveness and efficiency, identify the gap between the "as is" state and the desired state of the operation, propose a roadmap to reduce the gap with the least possible disruption of ongoing projects, support change efforts, and evaluate results so that fine tuning can occur to ensure success over time.
