People issues are visible in the ways that people relate to one another and relationships are heavily impacted by management practices. Performance management systems; project management methods; the distribution and execution of accountability and authority; as well as management information systems must be properly aligned to produce profitable great places to work. MLC will assess the extent of this alignment and provide a plan to reduce any gaps that exist between the "as is" state and the "desired state." As in all organizational development work that MLC does, it is your goals that form the basis for evaluating our effectiveness.

Relationships can be complex and appear mysterious. The MLC staff has training and experience in psychological counseling as well as organizational behavior. We can help leaders to lead, followers to follow, and teams to work with mature and healthy relationship management. MLC is not driven to identify a need for a particular solution because we are not a "one solution" firm. We will recommend and provide solutions that promise results in terms of your needs and your goals.
