May 2008 - Jonathan Dibenedetto

In the spotlight this month is Jonathan Dibenedetto. Jonathan joined MLC & Associates in September of 2007 to bolster the Business Continuity and Corporate Performance Management practices. He first developed an interest in Business Continuity during his undergraduate studies where he was attracted to the tremendous value that BC planning can add to effective business practices. He was encouraged by serving an internship with MLC during the summer between his junior and senior years. It was then that we first discovered the uncommon talent, business acument, and just plain likeability that Jonathan brings to the work.

Jonathan graduated from Boston University with a Bachelors of Sciences degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Law. His academic minor was in Economics. He is an exceptional analytical thinker and has a knack for sensing the right questions that capture the essential and important issues in any business situation.

After completing his studies at Boston U., Jonathan secured initial empoyment in the mortgage industry. Being an astute observer of trends, he was able to foresee the difficulties that the lending industry was soon to experience, so he decided to pursue his first love by approaching MLC. We were more than happy to hire him and put him to work managing a project to develop a Business Continuity Program for a manufacturing firm in Southern California. His excellent performance on that project and since on others, convinced us that we had made a very good decision in adding him to the MLC family.

Jonathan loves to travel and has toured Africa, Europe, and parts of Asia including China. He brings a global perspective to his approach to management excellence as well as a sharp eye for business details that matter. One client recently offered high praise of his work by saying that he had become a member of their company family and was a delight with which to work.
