Project Management for CPM Based Projects

This Corporate Performance Management (CPM) service will allow clients to utilize MLC's experience in project management and performance management tools. Since the CPM toolset is relatively new, there is a dearth of project managers who have good project management skills as well as knowledge of the CPM toolset. Many CPM tools such as Cognos Planning are implemented better using the prototyping approach rather than the standard SDLC cycle. This means that the development process is iterative with constant inputs from the client. The project managers at MLC have been through many of these development processes and are aware of the differences of a CPM project. We have a track record of completing CPM projects on time and on budget.
