Don Saracco

Don Saracco, Ed.d.

Dr. Saracco has over thirty years experience in human and organizational development as well as in strategic risk management and human performance improvement in a wide variety of organizations as a manager and consultant. His background includes the design and delivery of education and training programs and facilitation of organizational change and process improvement as well as the development of strategic business continuity assurance programs. In addition, he is an adjunct faculty member for a state university and a private business school.

Dr. Saracco holds a Bachelors degree in Education, a Masters degree in Counseling, and a Doctorate in Human Performance at Work from the University of Southern California. Don's experience and accomplishments include numerous management and organizational development projects resulting in measured performance and productivity improvements at individual, team, department, and company levels. He has specialized in working with teams that must perform outside the normal organizational structure and in strengthening the performance of internal Information Technology groups. In addition, he has direct experience in Strategic Planning.

Don's publications include "The Impact of Psychological Contracts on Commitment and Intention to Quit", "Business Continuity Planning: A Blend of Craft and Technology", and "Nine Nine Coaching: Team Management for Winners." He is also a frequent presenter at regional, national and international industry conferences on topics related to human performance and business continuity planning and management.
