Paul Brown


Paul Brown is the leader of MLC's Business Continuity Practice and manages MLC's ongoing relationships with several leading organizations.

Paul has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology Management and over 12 years experience in Emergency and Business Continuity Management. His expertise centers on Information Technology, Project Management, Security, and Finance.

Over the past three decades, Paul has gained extensive experience with numerous applications, system architectures, networks, communication systems, distributive processing, iSeries, large computing systems, Client/Server environment, Technology R&D, and Internet and Intranet technologies. In addition, Paul has managed day to day computer operations spanning multiple sites in large computing environments and managed large Enterprise Projects which included cross functional information technology and business teams.

Prior to joining MLC Paul played a key role in Emergency and Business Continuity Management as First Vice President of Information Technology at a Fortune 100 Company in the Financial Sector. In that capacity, Paul has direct experience managing several technology and man-made business disruption events.

Paul is a member of numerous professional associations and has been a national speaker on topics such as Business Continuity, Business Impact Analyses, Server Consolidation, and Network Design.

Paul's academic history includes receiving a Certification of Achievement from the Institute of Financial Education, attaining a Profession Designation in both System Analysis and System Management from UCLA, and receiving a BS in Information Systems from the University of Redlands.
